Easy & Delicious Brownies

I am a huge chocolate enthusiast. Chocolate is one of my favorite things EVER, which is why I’m sharing a brownie recipe with you today! Because what’s more chocolatey than a moist and chewy brownie?! πŸ˜‰

Although it’s very tempting to eat brownies straight out of the oven, they are very soft and can fall apart easily when they’re hot. So it’s better to wait for them to cool completely in the pan.

All of the brownies that I baked before this one required melting some chocolate, and even though they tasted great.. there are days when I’m lazy and just want to make something quickly. In this brownie recipe you only need one bowl and a few ingredients!

These brownies are not made from melted chocolate, but from cocoa powder. Instead of melting the chocolate, you chop it and add it into the batter. This results in gooey pieces of chocolate in some parts of the brownie (just like in a chocolate chip cookie!).

I also decided to add a bit of granulated coffee to the brownie, because it helps in bringing out the chocolate flavour very well. I chose to make a classic brownie but if you want to, you can add in some walnuts, and I’m sure it will taste amazing!

  • 10 tbsp coconut oil
  • Β½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ΒΌ cup brown sugar
  • ΒΎ cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Β½ chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
    1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
    2. Melt the coconut oil and stir in the sugar and coffee. Add in eggs (one at a time). Next add the cocoa powder, flour, salt and mix everything well. At the end mix in the chopped chocolate.
    3. Place the brownie batter in aΒ 20×20 cm (8×8 inches)Β baking pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
